RaamizVentures is the controller of personal information processed through this site. We operate from Accra, Ghana. Contact us at info@raamizventures.com or +233 24 570 8192 if you have questions about this policy or your data.

Account information: name, email address, phone number, company or workshop name if you provide one, and authentication data when you sign up or sign in.

Order and delivery information: billing contact details, shipping address, fulfilment choice (delivery or pickup), order contents, and payment status. If you use address lookup at checkout, we receive place suggestions and coordinates to quote delivery.

Garage and fitment: vehicles you save (year, make, model, body/trim, engine) so we can show compatible parts. Guest garage selections may be stored in your browser until you sign in or clear them.

Technical and usage data: pages you visit, device and browser information, and similar diagnostics. We use Firebase Analytics on storefront pages to understand how the site is used.

We use personal information to provide the storefront, process and fulfil orders, communicate about your account or purchase, quote shipping, show relevant fitment, prevent fraud, improve the site, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing if you have an account preference that allows it or you have otherwise asked us to — transactional order emails are sent because they are needed to complete a purchase.

Payments are processed by Paystack. When you pay, you provide payment details directly to Paystack. We receive confirmation of payment (such as a reference, amount, channel, and status) so we can fulfil your order. We never collect full card numbers on this site.

We share information with service providers who help us run the business, including Firebase (authentication, database, and analytics), Paystack (payments), Mapbox (address search and geocoding for delivery quotes), email delivery for order notices, and hosting or storage providers needed to operate the site.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or customers, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not share your data with unrelated advertisers.

We use essential storage to keep you signed in, remember cart and garage state, and honour your theme preference. Analytics tools may set cookies or similar identifiers so we can measure storefront usage. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking some cookies may affect checkout or account features.

We keep account and order records for as long as needed to fulfil purchases, handle returns, keep financial records, and comply with Ghanaian law. Garage and cart data for guests lives in your browser until you clear it. You may ask us to delete an account; we may retain limited records where we must (for example, completed orders).

Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and related rules, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or object to certain processing. You can also ask us to delete information that we no longer need.

To make a request, email info@raamizventures.com. We may need to verify your identity before we respond. If you have a complaint you cannot resolve with us, you may contact the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections and access-controlled systems. No online service is completely secure. Please use a strong password and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

Our site is intended for adults buying vehicles and parts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will apply to information we collect after the update is posted.
