Terms of Service

RaamizVentures (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells vehicles and vehicle-specific spare parts online, with fulfilment from Accra, Ghana. You can reach us at info@raamizventures.com or +233 24 570 8192.

These terms apply to our storefront, customer accounts, checkout, and related services. They do not cover third-party sites we may link to.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. If you buy on behalf of a workshop or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

You may browse and check out as a guest, or create an account to save garage vehicles, addresses, and order history. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used in a way that breaks these terms or the law.

Vehicle and part listings, photos, specifications, stock, and prices on the site are invitations to order — they are not a binding offer until we accept your order. We may correct errors, withdraw a listing, or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or not suitable for sale.

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery fees are calculated at checkout. We currently do not add a separate tax line at checkout; any statutory charges required by law remain payable as applicable.

Spare parts are matched using year, make, model, body/trim, and engine data (and, where provided, a saved garage vehicle). Fitment badges such as Fits, Does not fit, Universal, or Select vehicle to verify are based on the information we have tagged — they are a guide, not a guarantee for every vehicle variant.

You are responsible for confirming that a part is correct for your vehicle before installation. If you are unsure, contact us before you order. Installing a part that does not fit, or that we flagged as incompatible, is at your own risk.

When you place an order you offer to buy the listed items on these terms. A contract is formed when we confirm the order (typically by email and an order number after payment is verified).

Card, mobile money, and bank-transfer payments are processed by Paystack. We do not collect or store full card numbers on our site. Payment must complete before we fulfil the order, unless we have agreed another arrangement in writing.

If payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as unauthorised, we may cancel the order and recover any goods already released.

You can choose delivery or dealership pickup at checkout. Delivery fees are quoted from our Accra fulfilment point based on the address you provide. If an address cannot be located, a fallback fee may apply, or we may ask you to confirm the location before we ship.

Delivery windows are estimates. Risk in parts passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave (or collected, for pickup). You should inspect parcels on arrival and tell us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

Vehicle delivery or collection is arranged separately after payment. Title in a vehicle passes only after we receive cleared funds and complete any paperwork we require. Pickup orders are held at our local dealership until we notify you that they are ready.

Vehicles are sold as described on the listing, including condition notes and known defects we disclose. Used vehicles may show wear consistent with age and mileage. We recommend an independent inspection before you complete a purchase where that is practical.

Vehicle listings are unique. Once a vehicle is reserved or sold, it is removed from inventory. Finance mentions on the site are illustrative only — we do not underwrite loans, and any third-party finance is a separate contract between you and the lender.

Spare parts are returnable in original packaging within 5 business days of delivery. Special order items are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is our fault.

Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Fitment errors that we caused (for example, we shipped a part that does not match the vehicle you specified) will be put right by replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the goods. Vehicles are not returnable except where Ghanaian law requires otherwise or we have agreed in writing.

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape listings in a way that harms our service, or submit false checkout or account information. Content on the site (including photos, copy, and catalogues) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

We supply goods with the care that is reasonable for an online automotive retailer. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, downtime, or installation labour) arising from your use of the site or from goods after they leave our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. The courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms for new orders.
