Refund and Cancellation Policy

Items are returnable in their original packaging within 5 business days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item you want to send back. Do not ship a return until we confirm it.

We inspect returned goods when they arrive. Items that are used, installed, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or not in original packaging may be refused.

Special order items are non-returnable.

We may also refuse returns on electrical parts, fluids, opened kits, or goods that have been modified after delivery, unless the return is required by law or the fault is ours (for example, we shipped the wrong part).

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

If the return is our fault (wrong item shipped, or a defect present on arrival that we confirm), we will cover reasonable return shipping or arrange a replacement.

You may ask us to cancel an unpaid or pending order before it is fulfilled. Once payment is confirmed and packing or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Special order items cannot be cancelled after we have placed the supplier order, except where we agree in writing.

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, payment fails or is reversed, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund eligible amounts to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned goods (or after we confirm a cancellation).

Original outbound delivery fees are refundable only when the return or cancellation is our fault.

Refund timing depends on your bank or mobile-money provider after we process the refund.

Vehicles are not returnable under this policy except where Ghanaian law requires otherwise or we have agreed different terms in writing before sale.
